Accountant with Experience in the Real Estate Sector

About the Position

In this role with our client in the real estate sector, you will be offered a pleasant climate, close dialogue with your manager and colleagues on-site, and an assignment where you will have a well-planned training period. You will work independently with the company you are responsible for, but will also interact with others in the finance department and have other internal contacts.

The role involves an assignment as an SJR consultant starting in May and continuing for approximately 5 months, including a few weeks of vacation. The company is located in Alingsås, where many of the current employees commute. There is an opportunity for remote work 1-2 days a week after the training period. The assignment is full-time.

Main Responsibilities

Your tasks include ongoing accounting, account reconciliations, year-end closing, reporting, tax declarations, property declarations, asset register, analysis of results and variances, and payroll administration (if you have such experience). You will take a central role in the company regarding accounting during your assignment. You will work closely with Controllers and property managers within the organization.

Suitable Background

You have several years of experience in the breadth of accounting related to real estate. You have worked in various accounting systems and in Excel, where a lot of work is done.

Personal Qualities

You are confident in your knowledge and in your personality. You enjoy working independently but also being part of a team. You are curious and therefore like to ask questions, want to learn, and understand the business. Being unpretentious is also important to fit into our client's environment; they help each other, ask questions, and share information.
